NovaVision offers a wide selection of security tape and
security seals.
Security tape is often used to detect
tampering with packages such as boxes, cartons,
pallets, bags, letters, and other
objects containing valuable items, confidential information,
or calibration/equipment settings. After removal from
the intended application, the security tape will self-destruct,
leaving words or symbols on the package and in the security
tape material itself to signal tampering.
The graphics shown on this page are a fair representation
of the security tape's "OPENED" feature, however,
the final product may vary by orientation, size, font,
alternating forwards and backwards reading, case changes,
etc. If the graphics and format are critical, please
inquire with a sales representative before placing
your security tape order.
Acetate tape and seals are frangible, which means they
tear easily when removed. The “broken seal” feature
of acetate signals tampering. After application, acetate
material can be removed, but it is designed to tear into
multiple pieces. The serrated edges (a sawtooth pattern)
enhance the frangibility and security.
